How do I place an order?

Do you only offer printing or are there other options available?

We also offer embroidery - a great option for many products such as towels, dressing gowns, polo shirts, formal items and more.

Do you have to supply the plain clothing or can I use my own?

We can supply the plain clothing/materials or you can bring your own in for us to print/embroider, either way is no problem at all.

Where can I find size guides and product colour options?

There is a link to the manufacturer's website on each product page that will give you all necessary additional information.

What is your minimum/maximum order quantity?

We don’t have any minimum or maximum order requirements for our printing service, you can order as little or as much as you’d like. For embroidery we have a minimum quantity of 10 items.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! The more you order, the cheaper the price per unit.

How do I send artwork?

We ask all customers to send artwork over via email but if this isn’t possible then sending it to our Facebook page inbox is fine.

Can you design my artwork?

We are happy to help design you a basic logo for a one-off artwork fee if you are unsure of what you’d like printed/embroidered. For example, we can recommend the fonts, layout of text and insert any images we feel adds to the appearance of the logo but we do not specialise in graphic design and therefore don’t have the expertise to design an advanced, intricate logo from scratch. Additional fees apply for designs being created for embroidery.

What are your prices?

Prices vary from order to order depending on quantity of garments and logos, logo placement and more. For a specific price please email us at [email protected] and we will send you a quote.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is required up front for all orders unless your supplying your own items for printing. We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments.

Do you deliver?

We usually advise customers to collect their items once their order is complete but in particular circumstances we know this can be tricky. Therefore if needs be we can post orders out once the customer has paid in full (including postage and packaging) via BACS payment.

How much is postage and packaging?

The price of postage and packaging depends on the size of the order. We ask customers to please let us know prior to ordering if you require postage and we will advise you of the total price of your order including postage and packaging before your order is started.

Printing

Do you only print onto clothing?

We specialise in printing onto clothing but we can print onto other materials such as pillow cases, handkerchiefs and much more. If the product you’re looking for isn’t listed on our site please do not hesitate to call or email us as we’ll be happy to help (chances are we can print on it!).

Do you charge set-up fees?

Unlike most other printing companies we don't charge set-up fees for our printing service!

Will the print keep its quality over time?

Definitely. We only use the highest quality print materials and are diligent when carrying out our work. We do however recommend that you wash your items inside out at low temperatures, never tumble dry them and never iron directly over the print to aid its longevity.

How fast is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time ultimately depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. We very often have customers’ orders completed within the same day of ordering but in general we allow 1-3 days for orders to be complete, however if there is a longer turnaround time than usual we will advise you of this prior to printing.

Embroidery

Do you only embroider clothing?

No we can embroider a wide array of other materials besides clothing such as towels, pillow cases and much more. If the product you’re looking for isn’t listed on our site please do not hesitate to call or email us and we’ll be happy to help (chances are we can embroider it!).

Do you charge set-up fees?

There is a one-off £30 embroidery set-up fee for all orders. This is due to the initial time it takes to digitise designs to prepare them for embroidery. As mentioned this is a one-off cost so you won’t be charged this fee again to embroider the same design in the future, whether it is kept the same size or made smaller or larger.

Will the embroidery keep its quality over time?

Definitely. We only use the highest quality embroidery materials and are diligent when carrying out our work.
